辣豆瓣酱焖鱼
材料:
2片鱼或1条黑鲳(约600g)
5粒葱头仔(剁碎)
1大匙蒜茸
1大匙姜茸
1条红辣椒(剁碎)
调味料:
1大匙辣豆瓣酱
1大匙生抽
1/2匙糖
1/4匙胡椒粉
200ml水
做法:
1)将鱼煎熟,盛起待用。
2)爆香其余材料,加入调味料和水煮滚。
3)放入鱼,小火焖5分钟待收汁,便可盛起享用。
