梅子炖鸡腿
材料:
1只鸡腿
50g黄梨(切角)
50g青瓜(切角)
1条红辣椒(切角)
1条青辣椒(切角)
1粒洋葱(切角)
4粒水酸梅(去核)
调味料:
1大匙蚝油
1/2茶匙糖
2大匙酸梅酱
1茶匙鸡精粉
少许酱油
少许姜
200ml水
2茶匙粟粉(开成芡水)
做法:
1)将鸡腿在有皮的部分涂上少许酱油,再将鸡腿放入热油里炸至像烧鸡色一样捞起,放入蒸碗中待用。
2)爆香其余材料后,加入调味料,沸腾后淋上芡水搅拌均匀,淋上已煎好的鸡腿上拿去蒸30分钟即可享用。
